How it works

1. You place an order and explain your needs

  • You can quickly place an order and choose your preferred shipping method using our shipping calculator in just a minute
  • You can also contact us and order via the online chatbot at the bottom right of your screen or by email

2. We get back to you and discuss with the seller

  • Some cases are pretty straightforward, but sometimes a bit of discussion with the vendor is needed
  • We act as your bilingual product buyers and communicate with the vendor to ensure it’s exactly what you want and the way you want

3. We place your order in you name

  • We quickly place the order for you in French or English using your delivery information or ours if you need us to forward your products
  • In the case of digital goods, we simply forward the delivery email to you for free

We then forward your packages to you if you choose the option

We can place orders from any site for you as long as it’s based within the EU or does not incur custom fees on our end. In doubt contact us.

If you only need one order with 10 items in the same shopping cart, we will only bill you 15€. On the other hand, if you need us to place one order on one site and a second on another site (5+5, for instance), we will bill you 15€ twice. We bill you once for each website you order on, independently of the number of items in the cart!

Sure, we can purchase any digital product for you in France and Europe and send the activation code to you for via email. Please use our contact page if you need this service.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal, as well as most major payment options available on Stripe. Payments can be made in Euros and US Dollars. Other currencies will automatically be converted to one of these two at the current exchange rate.

In some cases, you can pay directly on the seller’s site via a link we will provide. If not, we handle the payment, which incurs fees on our end. For orders above €50, these costs are passed on to the customer, depending on their chosen method to send us the initial funds to buy their products:

  • Debit/Credit cards: 1.7% if card from EU 3.25% if not
  • PayPal: 5%
  • Bank Transfer: Free (USD & EUR)

A first payment will be required for us to acquire the funds to order your product, followed by a second payment for its forwarding to you.
