You can have your products and mail delivered. From your favorite platforms such as Amazon France, Cdiscount, Leboncoin, Fnac, LaRedoute, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, Auchan, Leclerc, or your preferred brands like Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Cartier, and any website or commerce in EU that can deliver to us. That’s how you get products and mail sold and delivered only in France to your home country.
You can fill our shelves with your favorite French products and have them sent to you at your preferred rhythm. Some of our customers consistently have one box filled with their favorite French items, while others use our service a single time to access exclusive products in the region. To save on shipping fees, we help you combine orders and products from different companies and websites and sellers before consolidating everything into one or multiple packages. We will send you a notifcation emails every time we receive one of your package. If you don’t like what you see we will process the return for free. 2. You use our address to deliver your packages

  • Or anywhere in the European Union

3. We receive, consolidate, repack and prepare your cartons

  • We notify you of the arrival of mails and packages, providing your final package exact dimensions
  • We also handle returns, offer free repacking services, and may consolidate multiple packages to help you save on shipping costs

4. We send you an invoice and forward them to you

  • Sometimes your final package may have different dimensions than you expected, but don’t worry we will adjust the shipping for you
  • You will always be able to choose another type of shipping

For one package, you will only pay €15 on our end, plus the shipping fees at cost that are billed to us by your chosen carrier.

Consolidating three different packages into one will cost you €15 for shipping and €6 for consolidation (2 consolidations at €3 each), totaling only €21 on our end. We will also provide free repackaging if you choose, helping you save on shipping costs.

You can determine the shipping fees by using our calculator, which will provide you with a precise quote for most sizes. If your package is very small (such as a letter) or oversized, please contact us to get a customized quote.

Any items that cannot be handled by the carrier, exported from France, or accepted by the importing country are forbidden. More details can be found here. If you are not sure, let us know and we will help you.

All packages are insured by default with the basic shipping protection provided by each carrier. On top of that, we can provide full insurance coverage at the rate of 1.75 euros per 100 euros. You can choose to cover your package for any amount (e.g., 50%, 100%). Let us know your needs in the “Additional Information” section when you place your order, and we will send you the terms.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and Wire Transfert, as well as most major payment options available on Stripe. Payments can be made in Euros, and US Dollars. Other currencies will be automatically converted to one of these two at the current exchange rate. We ask for the payment only once we weigh and calculate the dimensions of your final package and you have validated the shipping carrier.

For orders with invoices above €50 and for these orders only, the main cost will most likely be from the carrier’s fees. It costs us money to handle these funds for you and have to pass the processing cost on to the customer. The processing costs depend on their chosen method to send us the funds:

  • Debit/Credit cards: 1.7% if card from EU 3.25% if not
  • Bank Transfer: Free (USD & EUR)

We also have to charge €1 per supplementary line for packages that do not use consolidation or proxy shopping, contain more than 7 types of products, and are being sent outside the EU/Schengen area. Packages going within the Union or containing 7 types of products or fewer won’t be subject to it. This fee covers the manual entry required for each type of product, which includes declaring its HS code, unit numbers, price, description, etc., making it a time-consuming process for our team.
