Absolutely! We can receive packages for free at selected pickup points. Please inquire about this option or mention it in the “additional information” section when placing your order, and we will provide you with the necessary documentation. Don’t worry; it’s not complicated at all!

Yes, we can! The maximum dimensions (including packaging) that a traditional carriers can accept are: length + (2 height + 2 width) = 390 cm. While our calculator may not accommodate this, we can provide a quote relatively easily. For items exceeding these dimensions, it can get complicated, and the cost will depend on the item, the route, and current freight market conditions.

Yes, we can organize this service, but please note that it can be costly, with a minimum fee of €100 if it’s nearby so it may not be suitable for the average order.

Unfortunately, no. Our process is organized around packages, and our local postal system requires a different organization for letters. We won’t be able to send it as a letter, but we can send it as a small package!

We have created a quick video to briefly explain the process.

Once you register, you will automatically receive your forwarding address.

Yes, every time! Whether it’s for package forwarding or proxy shopping, a team member will always send you a quick email to confirm they are handling your order and to make themselves available if you have any questions. Of course, there’s no need to reply if everything is clear!

You will be assigned a dedicated member of our team who will manage all your needs and provide a tailored approach. Communication will be straightforward and primarily via email, with clear Excel sheets for more complex orders.

We typically respond within 24 hours or less. While we do work during the weekends, responses may be slower during this time. We prioritize answering the oldest emails first to ensure fairness among all our customers. Please be aware that sending multiple emails in a short timeframe may delay your response as it can keep your conversation constantly at the top of our inbox.

For small orders involving only a few packages, we will notify you when each package is processed. For larger orders with many packages, we will provide intermittent updates to avoid overwhelming you with notifications.

A consolidation occurs when we combine one package with another. It counts as a single consolidation, regardless of the number of products inside. For example, if we receive three packages, each containing 50 items, and we consolidate them into one package, we will bill you for two consolidations, as we combined two packages with the first.

Our calculator is very precise and will provide you with accurate fees once you select your package dimensions. Please note that costs are subject to change over a long period of time, as they are dynamic and take into account fluctuating fuel prices, custom processing costs, and many others…

As you can imagine we cannot advance funds for proxy purchases. We will ask you to provide us with the necessary funds to place the order on your behalf.

For proxy shopping, we will issue two invoices: the first for the funds and our proxy fees, and the second once we receive the package for forwarding and the carrier fees. For orders that only require package forwarding, we will invoice you once your package is ready to go.

We will email you a clear invoice with a secure link that only you can access. This link will allow you to view the invoice on our website and access a complete payment processing system, similar to any other e-commerce platform.

We accept most cards, including MasterCard and Visa, as well as many others through Stripe. We also accept direct bank transfers. All payments are processed in Euros or USD. Other currencies will be automatically converted to one of these.
